First place Tigers played two great games winning 14-3 and 2-0 in the nightcap.

Rebuilding Blue Jays had some performances of note. Doan Sabajo mixed up his knuckle and curve and threw 7 brilliant innings in Game 2. Mike Barnes one of the better players in the league had no problem hitting on the day going 4-6 with two homers and two doubles.
