The Giants held off the Tigers the rest of the way for a 8-4 victory.

Much more competitive game. Rays, a good fastball hitting club, were able to string together hits and take advantage of some sloppy O's defense to keep the game close.

O's hitting remained strong from the morning's game, led by Mike Crisler who went 7-8 for both games. Marco Del Real's inside-the-park HR was followed by Chris Highlander's traditional HR to the trees beyond the left-center field fence.
