The Tigers jumped out to a 1-0 lead in the 1st inning. The Giants took the lead in the 2nd on a 2-run bomb by Spencer Maltbie. The Giants added 4 more in the 5th to take a 6-1 lead. Noah Sweeters hit a bases loaded triple to pad the Giants lead.

The Giants held off the Tigers the rest of the way for a 8-4 victory.

O's had a big day at the plate and provided plenty of run-support to their pitchers.

Much more competitive game. Rays, a good fastball hitting club, were able to string together hits and take advantage of some sloppy O's defense to keep the game close.

O's hitting remained strong from the morning's game, led by Mike Crisler who went 7-8 for both games. Marco Del Real's inside-the-park HR was followed by Chris Highlander's traditional HR to the trees beyond the left-center field fence.
